Description The Account Data Analyst is responsible for creation,
support, and maintenance of customer data in support of the Direct
to Physician organization. This is the foundational position for
ensuring the data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliant.
The Account Data Analyst will partner with Customer Operations, IT,
Finance, Customer Loyalty, Customers, Sales, and 3rd party vendors
to ensure customer accounts are created and maintained
appropriately to support commercial operations. Responsibilities to
include: Perform data validation to ensure quality and notify
appropriate business partners when quality issues arise Ensure
customer data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliant Possess
advanced knowledge of Credentialing processes/procedures for all
customer account settings, identify problems, and generate
solutions Lead or attend cross-functional calls with customers,
sales, and/or internal teams to resolve customer issues Analyze
data, identify trends, and locate root causes to identify better
ways to conduct business Design, pull, and/or interpret a variety
of operational performance reports Conduct complex data mining
activities and analysis via multiple business systems (I.E. SAP,
CRM, DSP), dependent on business requirements Take ownership of
tasks/projects and drive them to completion/implementation without
additional prompting Provide timely updates on tasks/projects
Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate high level of knowledge and confidence in decision
making Identify and/or generate solutions despite ambiguity Take
initiative to identify data clean up needs and proactively initiate
resolution Qualifications The following listed requirements need to
be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job: High School
diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred SAP and
Salesforce experience preferred Effective communication skills
(presentation, document writing, coaching) Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and other
database query solutions Ability to learn and adapt to new
technologies and changing processes Excellent organizational
skills, attention to details, and ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to take initiative and make quality decisions Experience
with customer master or master data management solutions Additional
