Accounts Payable Specialist About the Company and Opportunity: CFS is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a finance team and contribute to their continued success. Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of all accounts payable functions. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation. Coordinating with vendors to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on accounts payable activities. Entering accounts payable invoices into the system. Organizing, reviewing, and managing monthly credit card expense reports, and entering them into the system for payment. Scanning and entering documentation, including invoices and receipts, into the Accounts Payable module. Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist: intermediate excel skills required 2-3 years of AP or general accounting experience required Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
