Details This is a strong fit for professionals with a solid

role in establishing scalable accounting operations and ensuring
financial accuracy during a high-growth phase. Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial
reports to support monthly close Maintain the general ledger and
ensure proper account classifications Develop and document
accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP Oversee
accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor
payments and invoicing Collaborate with department leads to track
expenses and ensure accurate cost allocations Coordinate with
external tax advisors to support compliance and filings Assist in
investor reporting and financial presentation preparation Support
accounting system implementation and process optimization Maintain
payroll records, employee reimbursements, and bonus tracking in
coordination with People Operations Ensure financial data integrity
and contribute to scalable process development Qualifications 4–6
years of accounting experience, preferably within high-growth or
tech-enabled environments CPA strongly preferred Strong
understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices Experience
with month-end close processes and audit-ready financials
Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, or Brex
is a plus Interest in gaining exposure to finance functions,
including FP&A Competencies Detail-oriented and highly
organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Adaptable
to a dynamic, evolving work environment Strong collaborator and
effective team player Passionate about mission-driven work and
