Description: Job Title: Controller Reports To: VP Accounting
FLSA Status: Exempt Status: Full-time | In-office leadership role

in a culture built on accountability and trust. What You'll Do -
Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, A/P,
A/R, payroll, and reconciliations - Direct preparation of financial
statements, regulatory reports, and board-level financial data -
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
and credit union regulations - Support internal and external audits
and exams - Guide the department with clear leadership and coaching
- Collaborate with executive leadership on capital planning and
strategic initiatives - Continuously improve financial systems and
policies - Stay ahead of changes in accounting standards and
industry regulations What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) - CPA
preferred - 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including
5 years in a leadership role - Deep knowledge of GAAP, compliance,
and financial reporting - Strong communication, leadership, and
problem-solving skills - Proven ability to implement internal
controls and lead high-performing teams - A high level of
integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Leadership

the Accounting team—driving performance, managing team development,
and ensuring alignment with ATFCU's mission and values. Regular
