Job Description Job Description Senior Accountant Hybrid | Onsite 3 Days Weekly (~35 Minutes North of Austin) Salary: $90,000-$100,000 Bonus Eligibility A rapidly growing, industry-leading U.S. manufacturer located approximately 30 minutes north of Austin is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Accountant to join its expanding Finance team. Responsibilities include: Prepare and post monthly journal entries (accruals, prepaids, payroll, inventory, fixed assets) Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly Lead assigned areas of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Ensure accurate general ledger activity in accordance with GAAP Support manufacturing and inventory accounting , including cost variances, reconciliations, and adjustments Review and analyze month-over-month income statement and balance sheet variances Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures Prepare schedules and support documentation for external audits Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, production, and finance teams Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements What You Bring This team values both technical strength and personality.
