Administrative Assistant - North Austin

Job Description:

Our client is looking for someone with excellent typing and data entry skills to take their sales work orders with the layout of fences, and enter that information into a proprietary software that basically calculates all of the materials necessary for each fence.



In addition they would like this person to also act as a backup/assistant to our Purchasing Manager and be able to place orders, create PO?s, and process some of the accounting side paper work.



Some construction experience or knowledge would be beneficial.
