Job Description:
**This work location is a home office. Any qualified U.S. worker
will be permitted to work from a home office within the same
Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). Duties: Participates in the full lifecycle of products from
design through support, ensuring high-quality and acting as a customer
advocate. Designs and executes manual Quality Assurance (QA) tests for all product
levels and contributes to automated QA test suites. Conducts front- and
back-end testing, and performs test automation framework development,
process improvement, data analysis, and issue resolution. Creates and
executes concise, coherent manual test plans for on-premises and Cloud
products. Creates, executes, and maintains automated tests. Analyzes
and troubleshoots complex problems to determine root causes and log
steps to reproduce in bug reports. Contributes to software design with a
focus on quality and usability. Collaborates with other QA team members
to share knowledge, coordinate coverage, and optimize processes. Requirements: Master's degree (or higher) in Computer Science,
Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education
equivalent) plus 3 years of experience performing Enterprise Software Quality
Assurance. Or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 5 years of
experience performing Enterprise Software Quality Assurance. Also must
possess 2 years of experience in each of the following skills: (1) Writing and
executing functional, regression, performance, integration, and
concurrency tests and analyzing and reporting the results, driving bug reporting, and
repairing tests based on those results; (2) Designing and building
automated tests for front and back-end systems, maintaining their ongoing
maintenance and optimization, and integrating them into continuous integration
processes; (3) Addressing customer support tickets and driving them to
resolution, in conjunction with Developers and Customer Support personnel; and,
(4) Project management, including task prioritization, process
