Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Overview: Openwork is
currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in
Taylor, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work in a
fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for
maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. If you

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and
mechanical equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure
optimal equipment performance. Conduct preventive maintenance to
reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Collaborate with
engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Ensure
compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in
the installation and setup of new equipment. Keep the work area
clean and organized to promote a safe working environment. Provide
technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
Qualifications: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. High School
Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in maintenance,
electrical repair, or a related field. Strong mechanical and
electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret
schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Proficiency in using
hand and power tools. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and
