As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the building. You will ensure the safety of the residents and employees and that all scope of work is cleaned properly. The ideal candidate is well-versed in janitorial management, highly organized, and comfortable with problem-solving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities Monitor buildings and detailed areas and schedule regular maintenance/ cleaning Identify any areas in need of cleaning Maintain an adequate supply of inventory and restock when necessary Create a cleaning and maintenance schedule Ensure recycling and waste removal occur as scheduled Maintain detailed paperwork Research and solve any minor or potential services problems Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Qualifications Facility manager certification is preferred. Understanding of facilities management operations Familiarity with facilities management software Knowledge of office equipment and security systems Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem solver who can work well under pressure Knowledge of health and safety regulations
