Assistant Superintendent – Ground-Up Multifamily Austin, TX C

with a reputable general contractor actively hiring an Assistant
Superintendent to join their growing team in Austin, TX . This role
supports ground-up multifamily residential construction projects
and offers strong long-term growth potential. What You'll Do Assist
the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations for ground-up
multifamily builds Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and
internal teams to maintain schedule and quality Ensure safety
standards and protocols are enforced on-site Track progress and
assist with daily reports and documentation Help manage
inspections, site logistics, and material deliveries Support punch
list walkthroughs and closeout procedures What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of field construction experience, ideally in multifamily
or commercial Strong understanding of construction sequencing and
site operations Comfortable managing subcontractors and enforcing
quality and safety standards Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and
able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Local to the Austin
