Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVACR Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC-R systems for commercial properties. Youll work on a variety of projects, ensuring comfort and efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities : Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions Ensure all systems meet safety and quality standards Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC-R systems Communicate with clients about system status and needed repairs Complete service reports and maintain accurate records Work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively Participate in monthly team events and ongoing training What We Offer : Year-Round Training : Stay ahead of the curve with our ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and certifications.
