Barrier Installation Technicians to join our team. If you have

from you! Job Description: As a Radiant Barrier Installation
Technician, you will be responsible for installing radiant barrier
insulation in residential and commercial properties to improve
energy efficiency and reduce cooling costs. This is a hands-on,
physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and
a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities: • Install radiant
barrier systems in attics, walls, and other areas of residential
and commercial buildings. • Inspect and evaluate properties to
determine the best radiant barrier solution. • Ensure the
installation meets safety regulations and company standards. • Work
efficiently and independently while ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction. • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure
proper operation and safety. • Communicate effectively with team
members and clients. • Adhere to job site safety protocols and
guidelines. Qualifications: • 1 years of experience in insulation,
construction, HVAC, or related fields. • Strong knowledge of
radiant barrier systems and installation methods (or willingness to
learn). • Ability to work in high places (attics, rooftops) and
physically demanding environments. • Excellent problem-solving
skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and
ability to work in a team environment. • Valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation. • Ability to pass a background check and
drug test.
