We’re seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Engagement Specialist to support our AT&T D2D campaign in Austin on a full-time basis. This key role empowers professionals to manage complex interactions, shape strong brand narratives, and drive exceptional service and client loyalty. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be a frontline expert in our AT&T D2D direct customer engagement operations. You'll leverage your strong communication skills and problem-solving expertise to proactively assist customers, deliver insightful product information, and resolve concerns efficiently. This full-time role demands a professional who excels at navigating diverse customer interactions, providing hands-on support, and reinforcing AT&T’s dedication to exceptional service in the Austin community. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Specialist Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers at their homes within assigned Austin territories, creating a positive and professional first impression for AT&T. Offer clear, compelling guidance on AT&T’s fiber internet, mobile plans, and TV solutions, helping customers make informed decisions with confidence Conduct thorough assessments through active listening and strategic questioning to identify customer needs and recommend ideal AT&T solutions. Efficiently resolve complex customer concerns using deep product knowledge and advanced de-escalation techniques, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes. Ensure smooth service transitions for new customers while assisting existing clients with upgrades, billing inquiries, and account modifications, delivering accuracy and clarity Guide customers through AT&T’s product features, benefits, and self-service options, enabling them to optimize their service and enjoy a seamless experience. Accurately document customer interactions, service issues, and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and data integrity. Work seamlessly with sales and technical support teams to ensure smooth service activation, efficient problem resolution, and a cohesive customer experience. Identify opportunities for service enhancements or additional product offerings based on customer interactions, discreetly noting potential upsell or cross-sell avenues. Provide valuable customer feedback and management insights, helping refine engagement strategies and enhance service delivery for the AT&T D2D campaign.
