and people-focused Entry-Level Client Team Member to help ensure
every customer experiences seamless, high-quality service. As an
Entry-Level Client Team Member at Culterra Dynamics, you'll receive
in-depth training on AT&T’s full suite of residential services,
equipping you to deliver exceptional client support from day one.
You'll be the trusted face of our campaign, resolving concerns,
answering questions, and creating lasting customer relationships
through empathy, clarity, and proactive problem-solving. Your role
will be key to driving satisfaction, loyalty, and expansion within
the San Antonio market. Client Team Member Requirements Serve as
the primary contact for AT&T residential clients, understanding
their needs through friendly, informative conversations. Actively
listen to customer concerns and recommend tailored AT&T telecom
solutions. Clearly explain product features, billing processes, and
promotions to build customer confidence. Resolve service issues
efficiently and empathetically, ensuring high customer
satisfaction. Support account updates, service changes, and new
customer onboarding processes. Escalate complex issues
appropriately to maintain smooth resolution flow. Maintain accurate
records in CRM systems to ensure follow-through and reporting
accuracy. Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service
strategies. Uphold company and AT&T compliance standards in
every interaction. Bring 0–2 years of customer-facing experience,
strong communication skills, and a fast-learning, problem-solving
mindset.
