managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and reinforcing trust with

brand reputation. Essential Functions of the Customer Relations
Associate Role Build lasting customer relationships by addressing
inquiries with clarity and identifying ways to elevate their
service experience. Investigate and resolve complex billing,
technical, and service concerns through collaboration with
cross-functional teams. Act as a reliable customer advocate,
ensuring every issue is heard, understood, and resolved with
empathy. Deliver clear, thorough explanations of AT&T’s
residential products and services to build customer confidence and
understanding. Implement targeted retention strategies to prevent
service cancellations and reinforce customer value. Collect,
analyze, and share customer feedback to drive continuous
improvement and innovation. Maintain accurate, detailed records of
all customer interactions and solutions within the CRM. Use strong
communication and emotional intelligence to calmly manage
escalations and turn challenges into resolutions. Work seamlessly
with internal teams to ensure end-to-end support and a smooth
customer experience. Uphold all standards and policies set by the
company, AT&T, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
