Position : Claims Order Specialist ( Must have AR/AP, SAP &CSR Exp) Location : San Antonio, TX Duration : 12 Months contract Total Hours/week : 40.00 1 st shift Mon-Fri 8 hours per day (7am-6pm flex hours), but must choose a set schedule once hired. While in training, the hours will be 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday Description: · We are seeking a candidate to fill a position in Claims, Order Fulfillment. This position reports in to North America Supply Chain under the direction of the Claims Supervisor within the Order Fulfillment organization. This position is responsible for providing post order support to resolve disputes submitted by our customer base. This position works closely with the Claims Supervisor to ensure the department’s stated goals and quality standards are achieved through continuous improvement and efficiency gains opportunities. This position works closely with BD’s National Contracts, Pricing, Sales Support, GDC and Transportation departments. This position is responsible for a multitude of tasks including, but not limited to the following: investigating and processing credits and debits associated with over, short and damages, pricing discrepancies, customer requested returns. The duties of this position will adjust to the needs of the business as it grows and provide appropriate back-up support. Qualifications & Skills: · HS Diploma or GED required · Looking for consistent job history · Customer service experience · Claims, AR/AP and SAP experience a plus
