Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in
Harker Heights, TX, supporting K-12 students across one to two
school sites. This contract-to-hire position begins with the
2025-2026 school year, starting August 14, 2025, and spans the full
semester. The role requires commitment to standard school hours,
working 37.5 hours per week from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy
services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions aligned with
individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with educators,
administrators, and families to support student communication
development. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
in compliance with school policies. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings as required. Qualifications &
Experience: Valid Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Current
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology highly valued. Experience delivering speech therapy
services in a K-12 school setting. Skills in teletherapy are a plus
but onsite service delivery is primary. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage
caseload efficiently. This full-semester role does not include
Voice Output Communication Aids (VOCO) usage at this time. The
