Job Description:
ENGINEERING CHANGES COORDINATOR Essential Functions/Duties:
Reception and evaluation of technical changes. Coordinate internal
meetings to evaluate internal (Logistics) and external technical
changes in production. Responsible for responding to requests for
technical changes from clients. Prepare quotes for the impacts of
technical changes. Negotiation and monitoring of quotes. Request
open/closed POs to Tesla for new part numbers. Request for closed
investment POs. File maintenance of closed Ocs (investments/new
parts). Administration and analysis of structures for the correct
identification of components and new ones for pre-series events.
Internal coordination and supplies of pre-series events.
Realization of engineering alerts for technical changes and
pre-series. Administration and warehouse/pre-series materials.
Monitoring of POs closed to suppliers. Maintain close contact with
DT/Pre-series Logistics/Tesla. Internal coordination with suppliers
of pre-series project events. US5 Project Leader. Responsible for
the coordination of Tesla collections. Responsible for coordinating
the supply of necessary materials for Tesla with the production
area- Planning. Responsible for downloading Mopar requirements from
CSDS. Responsible for coordinating together with the warehouse
supervisor and overseeing the preparation of the shipments to
Tesla. Responsible for answering tickets with boarding promises
from the FCA system. Responsible for leading meetings with Tesla
FCA representatives. In charge of the process of US5. Show
commitment and assume responsibility for following and complying
with requirements in quality and energy management systems based on
IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 50001: 2018, for the
implementation and monitoring of the instructions, formats, and
measures established for the control and operation of the system,
contributing to the compliance with the policy and objectives, as
well as the client's requirements. Show commitment and assume
responsibility for following and complying with requirements
established in environmental and safety matters, based on ISO 14001
and PASST, for the implementation and monitoring of instructions,
formats, and measures established for the control and operation of
the system, contributing to compliance with the policy and
objectives. Participate in the Continuous Improvement program by
generating and closing ideas or applying the necessary actions to
meet CSRs and increase customer satisfaction. Administration and
good use of personal and sensitive data. Other duties as assigned
Required Experience/Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering,
business, or a related field Knowledge of engineering design
principles, CAD software, and product development processes
Experience in change management, document control, or a related
role is preferred Negotiation skills Familiarity with quality
management systems and regulatory requirements is a plus Good
organization skills Strong communication- verbal and written
IATF16949/CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) ISO 9001:2015

PDM, etc. Automotive customer requirements Process Capability
