Job Description Job Description Summary The VIP Interiors
Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations related
to aircraft interiors, including organizing, administering, and
monitoring production ensuring all activities comply with air
carrier maintenance programs, FAA regulations, and company
procedures. This role provides leadership, guidance, and
development opportunities for maintenance personnel while driving
quality, efficiency, and safety in all aspects of aircraft interior
operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that all
work performed by self or those under their supervision, including
subcontractors, is performed in an airworthy manner and in
compliance with approved technical data and has had all maintenance
steps accomplished. Oversees maintenance, preventive maintenance,
alterations, and the return-to-service process for aircraft
interiors and related components. Utilizes customer package to
ensure proper maintenance planning and execution, ensuring
application of FAA and customer requirements. Provides supervision,
guidance, and prioritization to assigned team, across multiple
specialties and GTI requirements. Mentors team members through
On-the-Job Training (OJT), fostering professional development and
skills growth. Recognizes unsafe conditions and takes immediate
corrective action to maintain a safe work environment. Ensures
timely completion of tasks in line with federal aviation
regulations, internal policies, and customer timelines.
Communicates operational updates to Leads and crews regarding
safety, workflow planning, and quality assurance. Manages materials
and coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure
timely availability of parts and tools. Collaborates with
Engineering to prioritize and resolve technical issues impacting
aircraft delivery milestones. Maintains clean, organized work areas
in accordance with safety and operational standards. Demonstrates
consistent and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned.

quality. Summary of Education, Experience & Certification High
School education or equivalent. FAA Repairman certificate, Airframe
or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred. Minimum
of five years of recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO
operations experience preferred. At least 3 years of experience in
a leadership or supervisory role preferred. US Citizen Required -
this position is located at a facility that requires special
access. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to
communicate in English (read, write, and verbally communicate).
Ability to work with all levels of the organization. Mathematical
knowledge and ability to apply towards problem solving. Strong
communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience supervising
employee/team in a productive and efficient manner. Ability to
solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete
variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to travel as
required. Ability to work outside of core business hours as
required. Able to climb and work on step stools and/or ladders.
Able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance/able to lift up to 100 lbs.
with assistance. Able to reach overhead. Able to work in a
non-dust-free environment. Normal or corrected vision (required to
perform exacting tasks). Full range of motion with both hands.
Ability to work in a stooping, kneeling or standing position and in
