Responsibilities: Set up and operate engine lathes and knee mills
to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read,
interpret, and work from blueprints and technical drawings to
ensure part accuracy. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and
feeds to optimize machining operations. Perform precision
measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring
instruments to maintain tight tolerances. Collaborate with the team
to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous
improvement. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
operating engine lathes and knee mills. Proficient in reading and
interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in the use
of precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers,
indicators). Experience with surface grinders is a bonus.
