Product and Services Quality Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Product and Services Quality Manager to join the Product and Services Leadership Team located in San Antonio, Texas. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance. Provides education and coaching on the Quality System. May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment. 5 years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans Current A&P certification Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3 years of 787 Program Experience Exhibits Boeing Behaviors Shift Work Statement: This position is for 1st shift.
