Care Assistant Manager you will work cross-functionally to ensure
that Team Members have the skills, knowledge, and resources needed
to effectively accomplish their goals in delivering outstanding
healthcare. This position will be responsible for overseeing the
day-to-day management of their assigned clinics to include:
personnel management, clinic flow, scheduling, new clinic openings,
new product rollouts, and employer events in conjunction with
Managers and senior leadership.Essential Functions
- Acts as a role model and expert Medical Assistant/Patient
Coordinator
- Communicate effectively at all levels within the company and
with outside employers, patients, and their families
- Manage daily communications to team members during Jump Start
Calls
- Creates training schedules based on Company needs
- Facilitates new-hire orientation and training
- Tracks and creates reports on outcomes of all training and
maintains training records for the company
- Trains new hires on company policies and procedures and uses
the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience
- Facilitates onsite coaching and training with Medical
Assistants/Patients Coordinators
- Gathers and evaluates information from Team Members and
management on previous training to identify weaknesses and
additional training needs.
- Through field visits, supervises, monitors, and signs-off on
skills competence and progress of Medical Assistants and Patient
Coordinators and ensures any issues are identified and addressed
and appropriate feedback provided to the relevant manager
- Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members in collaboration
with Manager
- Manage Team Schedules and Call Outs
- Google and Yelp Review Mitigation
- Building and rolling out new programs to help generate new
lines of revenue
- Helps to increase profitability at the clinic level by
recommending and implementing solutions for process improvement
- Responsible for field marketing activitiesAdditional
Responsibilities
- Able to work as either a Medical Assistant or Patient
Coordinator at clinics as needed
- Must be able to independently lead offsite employer
eventsQualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Assistant/Patient
Coordinator
- Ability to travel to San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos &
