The person in this position is responsible for coordinating and supervising the implementation of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access ( DEIA ) initiatives related to faculty and staff initiatives as well as inclusion, equity and accessibility initiatives for students from diverse backgrounds. Specifically providing leadership, guidance, and supervision for the following division departmental positions: Executive Director of TRIO programs and the Director of Student Connections and Belonging. An overview of the responsibilities of this position includes overseeing, tracking, and monitoring of special projects, action items, and strategies for the Vice-President.
