Job Description:

Priority Personnel is seeking a Project Manager for a manufacturing company located in San Marcos, TX. Position is Direct Hire with the company!

Salary: $115k-125k

Job Duties:

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Provide timelines for projects/orders
• Monitor costs of products being designed and built to help provide information for change orders
• Coordinate timelines between operations planning/scheduling and the design group to give feedback for overall project lead times
• Provide data to the design and operations group to maintain records for quality and delivery.
• Work with the operations planning group to maintain a consistent production schedule
• Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Work with planning personnel to ensure resource availability and allocation Requirements:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Project Management Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience preferred
