What we're looking for:Founded in 2006,4+ years of progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of fine dining service standards, culinary trends, and beverage programs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to meet financial goals and improve operational performance
• Proficiency with POS systems, restaurant management software, and tools like Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• TABC and Texas Food Manager certifications required
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead with poise in a high-energy, guest-focused environmentPhysical Requirements:This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs. You'll be working in a lively environment where multitasking and interacting with staff and guests is key.     • Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
    • Hire, train, and lead staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
    • Maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring.
    • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
