Administrative & HR Manager (Austin-Based - Multi-Location Support)Location: Austin, TX (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time. Core hours are Monday to Friday. This role also participates in the after-hours phone rotation during the early phase and is responsible for managing the on-call coverage process company-wide.

Our mission is to deliver fast, honest, and high-quality service when our customers need it most.As we expand, we're hiring an Administrative & HR Manager to manage daily administrative tasks in Austin and oversee administrative and HR functions across our three Texas markets. This role is central to supporting field operations, internal consistency, and scalable systems as the company grows.About the RoleThe Administrative & HR Manager is responsible for managing administrative personnel, onboarding systems, document workflows, and HR-related processes across the company. This role will be based in our Austin office and work closely with ownership, field leadership, and local admin staff.You will directly supervise the bookkeeper in Austin, the admin assistant in San Antonio, and provide support for a future hire in Corpus Christi. While this role includes team oversight, it remains hands-on during the initial phase, especially with coordination, scheduling, and system implementation.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative and HR operations across Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi
  • Directly supervise the bookkeeper in Austin and the administrative assistant in San Antonio
  • Provide support and structure for a future admin hire in Corpus Christi
  • Manage daily administrative needs for the Austin office
  • Lead onboarding, employee documentation, background checks, and HR compliance
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for internal systems including CRM usage, time tracking, vendor documentation, and job file management
  • Design and manage the after-hours phone rotation schedule, ensuring full coverage and team accountability
  • Provide training, expectations, and coordination across the admin team
  • Partner with ownership and field leaders to align administrative systems with business goalsSchedule ExpectationsOur business operates 24/7, 365 to respond to property emergencies. The administrative team supports this by participating in an after-hours phone rotation.The Administrative & HR Manager is responsible for managing this rotation across the admin team.
    • Maintain the on-call schedule and coverage plan
    • Participate in the rotation when needed
    • Train staff and ensure call expectations are met
    • Build a sustainable and fair rotation structure over timeWho We're Looking For
      • 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative or HR management roles
      • Strong organizational and communication skills
      • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing others
      • Experience building and maintaining workflows, processes, and internal compliance
      • Comfortable balancing daily responsibilities with cross-site coordination
      • Familiar with CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and documentation systemsBonus Points For
