The Heights of Gonzales Pay rate starting from $24- $26/hr. DOE. ALL NEW FULL TIME HIRES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A $2500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER! LVN Charge Nurse

• Must have a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in order to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning.
• Coordinate total nursing care for the residents as per nursing licensure.
• Supervise that certified nursing assistants, certified medication aides adhere to standard job requirements and follow Touchstone-Communities policies/procedures/programs, state regulations and federal regulations.
• Follow resident specific plans of care to promote accurate documentation for reimbursement purposes.
