Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
Provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers on health conditions, treatments, and self-care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient careRequirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
- BLS required
- RN License in state of employment or compactWork Schedule7AM - 7PMWork TypeFull Time
