Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Multiskilled Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating in multiple modalities within our Imaging department, producing accurate diagnostic examinations, and performing a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment.Key Responsibilities

• Operate in multiple modalities, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Mammography, to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Perform a variety of technical procedures, including Interventional procedures, with minimal supervision.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of exams, including programming the computer and storing scan data on optical discs.
• Coordinate and prioritize procedures to maintain a high level of patient care and continuity.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards as outlined by State and Federal agencies, the hospital, and other regulatory entities.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent.
  • ARRT, RT (R), or other qualified Registries per scope of practice.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital or Clinical setting preferred.
  • Three (3) years' experience in a clinical Imaging setting is highly preferred.Work Schedule and TypeVariesPart Time
