• 12-month program designed to transition new graduate nurses into the fast-paced hospital environment
• Comprehensive curriculum covering clinical skills, patient care, and professional development
• Preceptors and mentors to guide and support your growth throughout the program
• Interactive classes and skills labs taught by subject matter experts
• Real-time evaluation and feedback to ensure you stay on trackRequirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • GN Permit or Texas RN Licensure
  • BLS certification required
