Description:We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient rehabilitation experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
At Schulenburg Regency, we care for acute rehab patients as well as provide maintenance therapy to long term care residents. Our teams work together to deliver the highest level of compassionate care ensuring the best possible outcome for our residents.
Responsibilities:The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), under the direction of the Physical Therapist, will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs to ensure quality rehabilitative services. The Physical Therapist Assistant will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Physical Therapist Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.

Requirements: Qualifications:

• Education and Training: Texas PTA license. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred
