Job Description:

Seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, aiming for optimal recovery, pain management, and mobility improvement. Provide exceptional care, develop personalized care plans, and set measurable, functional goals.
Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and proper mechanics to support recovery and prevent future issues.
Supervise aides, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
Manage pain using appropriate techniques, discharge patients when appropriate, and document all treatments accurately and timely.
Achieve productivity goals, participate in research, and contribute to policy development for quality care.
Maintain ongoing professional development by attending CEUs and staying updated on latest research and techniques.
Qualifications include a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy, valid license, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
