together. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees
are required to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am -
5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work
occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1715 McCullough Ave,
San Antonio, TX 78212. We offer on-the-job training. The hours of
training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on
your first day of employment. Primary Responsibilities: - Processes
patient referrals for all Specialists for Healthcare Providers in
various markets - Answers phones and schedules appointments -
Manages medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for
schedule) - Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in
timely manner - Processes requests for medical records release and
maintains appropriate logs, etc. - Documents in EMR and third-party
platform all pertinent information with accuracy - Performs all
other related duties as assigned In 2011, WellMed partnered with

Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma / GED - Must be 18
years of age OR older - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
(verbal and written) - 1 years of related work experience including
data entry - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time - Ability to
work Monday - Friday, during our normal business hours of 8:00am -
5:00pm, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime,
given the business need Preferred Qualifications: - Working
knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology -
Ability to accurately sort and file materials alphabetically OR by
numeric system - Effective communication and customer service
skills The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour
based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with
