Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide psychiatric care in a
secure facility in Kerr County, Texas. The ideal candidates will
assist with treatment, medication administration, and patient

Texas or compact state American Heart Association CPR Certification
Must pass urine drug screen and FBI fingerprint background check
(FBI screening provided) Negative PPD test within the last 12
months 1 year of experience in direct care nursing preferred 1 year
of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred Mandatory
4-week onsite training: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM All

Responsibilities: Administer medications and perform technical
nursing procedures Monitor patient health and report changes to
supervising RN Collect lab specimens and perform basic screenings
Provide instruction to support staff on patient care practices
Participate in implementing treatment plans and evaluate nursing
interventions Document care activities and maintain accurate
medical records Follow all facility policies, nursing standards,
