A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Clinical Research Nurse in San
Antonio, TX ! The Clinical Research Nurse will be working for a

details below. Clinical Research Nurse Highlights • The pay for
this position is $39.00-$43.00 per hour, depending on Oncology RN
experience • Monday–Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm • Onsite position • This
position is a full-time, contract opportunity Responsibilities •
Screens and enrolls patients for clinical trial eligibility,
presents trial details, and obtains informed consent • Coordinates
patient care in compliance with clinical protocols and provides
investigational drug education and accountability • Reviews and
monitors patients for adverse events, dose modifications, and
protocol compliance, collaborating closely with the care team •
Submits billing information, tracks protocol activity, and supports
research financials and budget oversight • Maintains regulatory
documentation per SOP and regulatory requirements • Acts as a lead
resource and trainer for research staff, ensuring protocol-specific
training is completed • Assists in developing SOPs and implementing
improvements in research operations • Leads recruitment,
enrollment, and retention strategies for clinical trial
participants Requirements • Graduate of an accredited nursing
program (BSN preferred) • Current RN license in the state of
practice • Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, preferably in
oncology • Prior clinical research experience strongly preferred •
Leadership and/or management experience preferred • Current BLS or
ACLS certification • OCN, SoCRA, or ACRP certification preferred •
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills •
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and solve
complex problems • Ability to interpret technical documents (e.g.,
protocols, consents, regulatory forms) Benefits Available •
