Compensation Package up to 117,670 annually. Opportunity to earn
MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of
assigned trainees. - Your total compensation consists of a
competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses,
and long-term ownership in the company. - Monthly Performance
Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of
treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your
impact without waiting months to qualify. - Mentorship Bonuses:
Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA
and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! -
Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes

featuring clinical industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna

Your Role - Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver
high-quality ABA therapy services. - Oversee patient assessments
and develop individualized treatment plans. - Ensure compliance
with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral
health. - Provide training and support to staff on clinical best
practices and therapeutic techniques. - Monitor patient progress
and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. -
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to
ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. - Foster a culture of
teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the
