Job Description:
The Heights of Bulverde Treatment Nurse LVN-Wound Care
Experience Must have a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license
or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
The Treatment Nurse will deliver resident specific care in order to
provide services to maintain and/or improve skin integrity.
Collaborate with physician and licensed nurses to develop and
modify the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial
needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical
practices and the requirements of state and federal regulations and
