Role Description This is a full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner role located in Spring Branch, TX at Inquestpcp. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients in their homes, including conducting routine check-ups, administering treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Qualifications - Patient care and clinical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team and autonomously - Experience in primary care or home health settings - Knowledge of patient assessment and treatment planning - Active Nurse Practitioner license - Master's degree in Nursing - Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus
