Job Description Genie Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Clinical Nurse Specialist for a local contract job in Austin, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract We're looking for a Physician Assistant to join our team at a newly opened clinic. This is a customer service position requiring exceptional medical knowledge and customer service skills, and candidates must have experience with HIPAA regulations. Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must hold all required licenses and certification to practice in Texas Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours weekly - Must have a minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Physician’s Assistant in direct patient care. - One to two years medical experience in a Clinic (preferred) - Education: PA-C (Preferred), Physician Assistant License - Three years preferred but not required - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required. - Able to walk, stand, bend, or sit for extended periods. - Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate. - Individual is licensed to treat patients in Texas - Be an outgoing individual with a friendly attitude About Genie Healthcare Genie Healthcare is one of the fastest growing Nurse Travel Agencies in the USA.
