Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to
provide comprehensive therapy services within a K-12 public school
setting in Kyle, TX. The contract role spans the current school
year with a caseload of approximately 60-65 students ranging from
Pre-K through 12th grade. The therapist will be responsible for
delivering direct therapy, consulting with educational staff,
attending ARD meetings, and conducting student evaluations to
support individualized education programs. Key Responsibilities: -
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across
multiple school sites - Collaborate with teachers, staff, and
families to develop and implement effective strategies - Conduct
thorough evaluations to assess student needs and progress -
Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to
discuss student goals and accommodations - Coordinate with VOCO OTs
and COTAs to optimize service delivery, particularly for evaluation
and therapy sessions Required Qualifications: - Licensed
Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) - Experience working with
K-12 student populations - Ability to manage a caseload of 60-65
students - Comfort with traveling to multiple school locations -
Excellent communication and collaboration skills This contract
