Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo-Vascular Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: Echo Technologist - EchoVascular Tech Job Details: • Work day shift Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM • Call responsibilities every 3rd weekend and rotational call during the week • No floating between departments • No 48-hour shift option available • No block scheduling • Maximum 3 days of requested time off • Patient ratio of 1:1 • Perform echocardiograms and venous/arterial dopplers • Must be vascular registered (highly preferred) • Graduate of approved echocardiography and vascular technology/sonography program required • Registry preferred in echocardiography and vascular technology by ARDMS or CCI • BLS certification required • Must demonstrate advanced knowledge in trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms • Experience with IV line placement and IV medication administration desirable • EKG interpretation and cardiac/vascular stress testing experience preferred • Minimum 2 years experience in echo and vascular required • Scrubs allowed in any color except hunter green • Work with EMR systems: MedHost and CareStream • Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility Facility: This healthcare system provides comprehensive medical services to the community with advanced cardiovascular diagnostic capabilities.
