overtime, handling general, neuro, ortho, OB, pediatrics, and
cardiac cases. The hospital uses paper charting with electronic
orders, has 18 anesthesia rooms, and follows a care team model (4:1
CRNA-to-MD ratio). MDs supervise and perform their own cases, with
limited pediatrics, busy L&D units, and possible interfacility
