Participates in peer interviewing and review processes. Considers
factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on
practice in the delivery of nursing services. Collects
comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and
unit-specific data for process improvement initiatives. Conducts
initial patient assessments within expected timeframes, initiates
consult as indicated and identifies patient/family teaching and
discharge planning needs. Maintains safe practices by demonstrating
unit-specific clinical competency and compliance with all
regulatory standards. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to
succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Associate's of Nursing
(Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert
(ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support
- CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric
Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality
Improvement, Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) - EV
Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited
