Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for night shifts in a high-acuity emergency department, requiring ARRT (CT), BLS (AHA), and TX license if applicable. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Position is in the emergency department of a Level I Trauma facility - Night shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - Role focuses on computed tomography procedures for a diverse, acute patient population - Proficiency with Siemens CT scanners is required - Epic EMR experience is required; Visage experience is preferred - Responsibilities include performing high-quality CT procedures per protocol and maintaining imaging and documentation standards - Duties involve ED-based trauma imaging in a Level I facility, including patient assessment and communication - Scrub color is flexible; denim is not permitted - Prior experience with Epic charting and Siemens CT scanners is essential - Role requires adherence to strict safety, infection control, and radiation policies - Only candidates who have not previously worked as a perm employee with the facility are eligible - Candidates should be prepared to serve all age groups, from newborn to geriatric /n /n Requirements/n - Minimum of 3 years CT experience required - Active ARRT (CT) certification and BLS (AHA) required - TMB certification required - Active TX license required if applicable - Flu shot is mandatory during flu season (August–November); no exemptions - Must provide two professional references for consideration - Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced trauma environment - Applicant must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local travelers will not be considered /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-665706.
