HCA Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for an experienced RN Coordinator Patient Throughput to join our dedicated team. This position plays a crucial role in managing patient flow within our facilities, ensuring efficient patient transitions and optimal care coordination. The RN Coordinator will work collaboratively with multiple departments to support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, aligning these processes with our commitment to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Coordinate patient flow across various departments within the facility. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Implement strategies to improve throughput processes and reduce patient waiting times. Monitor patient capacity and bed availability, adjusting resources as needed. Communicate effectively with staff and management on patient flow issues and solutions. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in healthcare management systems and patient care coordination Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Case Management (CCM) or similar is preferred
