Required Skills: Valid medical license for the state of Texas Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven clinical experience in OB hospitalist services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with high-risk obstetrics Previous locum tenens or hospitalist experience Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one Other Requirements: Current ACLS and NRP certifications Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends Travel reimbursement considerations as applicable Commitment to maintaining credentialing and licensure requirements Compensation for this role includes an hourly pay rate of $214.50, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
