Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Georgetown, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,614 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Georgetown, Texas, 78626! Job Title: RN - Emergency Department Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Emergency Department License: Valid Registered Nurse license Certifications: ALS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC required Must-Have: Candidates must have ALS, BLS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department experience. Description: This is a contract position for an RN in the Emergency Department for a duration of 13 weeks. The shift will be from 07:00 to 19:00. There are no on-call requirements for this role. Staffing on the unit includes a mix of RNs, paramedics, and patient care technicians. The patient ratio is typically 4:1. The unit is equipped with Welch Allyn and GE systems, and electronic medical records are maintained through Meditech. Typical procedures performed in the unit include cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation. Candidates with 2 years of Emergency Department experience will be given preference. Ideal candidates will be team players, flexible, have a positive demeanor, and maintain an upbeat attitude. The dress code requires navy blue scrubs. Unit policies align with standard healthcare policies and procedures. The Emergency Department has received recognition as a certified Primary Stroke Center and a Level IV Trauma Center. This unit has a strong culture of collaboration among staff and a supportive environment.
