About the Role: As a Full Time Neuro Physical Therapist based in
Central Austin, TX, you will play a critical role in enhancing the
quality of life for individuals with neurological conditions by
developing and implementing personalized therapeutic interventions.
Your primary objective will be to assess patients' functional
abilities and challenges, focusing on improving their independence
in daily activities and functional mobility through evidence-based
physical therapy techniques. You will collaborate closely with
multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored
to each patient's unique needs. This role demands a compassionate
and patient-centered approach, ensuring that therapy goals align
with patients' personal aspirations and lifestyle. Ultimately, your
work will contribute significantly to patients' rehabilitation
journeys, promoting their physical, cognitive, and emotional
well-being within a supportive clinical environment. Minimum
Qualifications: Licensed PT in the state of Texas. Masters or
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience working with patients who have neurological disorders
such as spinal cord injury, stroke, traumatic brain injury,
multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson’s disease. Strong knowledge of
neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and evidence-based therapeutic
interventions. Preferred Qualifications: NCS Advanced certification
such as the Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) or Certified Brain
Injury Specialist (CBIS). Experience with pediatric and adult
populations in a clinical or rehabilitation setting. Familiarity
with assistive technology and adaptive equipment to enhance patient
independence. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of
patients with neurological impairments to determine their
functional capabilities and therapy needs. Design and implement
individualized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at improving
patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living
activities. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting
therapy interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to
coordinate care and provide education on therapeutic strategies and
adaptive techniques. Maintain compliance with clinical protocols,
ethical standards, and regulatory requirements while ensuring a
safe and supportive therapy environment. Skills: In this role, your
clinical reasoning and assessment skills will be essential for
accurately identifying patient needs and designing effective
therapy plans. Strong communication skills will enable you to
educate patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams about
treatment goals and progress. Your ability to apply
neurorehabilitation techniques and adapt interventions based on
patient response will be critical for successful outcomes.

environment that encourages patient motivation and engagement
throughout their rehabilitation journey.
