Heroes Lawn Care of South Austin is seeking a Landscape Crew Lead
to join our dedicated team in Austin, TX. With a competitive salary
range of $55,000 to $62,000 annually, you will play a vital role in
overseeing our crew, ensuring top-notch service and client
satisfaction. As a key player in our company, you will have the

art. Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct the daily operations of the landscape crew Train
new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety
procedures Schedule and coordinate assignments for the crew to
ensure the timely completion of projects Inspect work quality to
maintain high standards and client satisfaction Manage inventory of
tools and equipment, and report any maintenance needs to the
appropriate channels Qualifications: 3 years of experience in
landscaping or a related field Strong leadership skills and the
ability to lead a team effectively Proficiency in landscape design
and maintenance techniques Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Being able to procure
labor is ideal Personal vehicles and equipment are ideal About
