winners. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the
Cardiac Cath Lab setting. Participate in ongoing education and
training to enhance skills. Assist in diagnostic and interventional
procedures for cardiac patients. Engage in performance metrics to
track personal and team success. Monitor and assess patient
conditions pre and post-procedure. Adhere to safety protocols and
infection control measures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Evaluate and implement
best practices for patient care delivery. Contribute to
departmental goals and initiatives for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
activities. Provide education and support to patients and their
families. Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and
technology. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license with
experience in Cardiac Cath Lab settings. Proven ability to assist
in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Experience in
monitoring and assessing patient conditions pre and post-procedure.
Ability to engage in performance metrics to track personal success.
Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional
development. Ability to collaborate effectively within a
multidisciplinary healthcare team. Experience in documenting
patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Eagerness to stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and
technology. Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control
measures in healthcare. Willingness to contribute to departmental
